20-Year Workmanship Warranty
Window and siding packages receive our 20-year workmanship warranty in addition to applicable product warranties.
What it covers
If our installation fails because of workmanship within 20 years of project completion, TruSeal will return and correct the covered installation issue at no cost for labor or standard materials needed for that repair.
Product warranties
Windows, siding, doors, finishes, glass, hardware, and other products may also carry manufacturer warranties. Those terms, transfer rules, and exclusions are set by the manufacturer.
What is not covered
Normal maintenance, owner or third-party alterations, impact damage, building movement, pests, extreme events, and failures outside the agreed TruSeal scope are not workmanship defects. Your contract contains the controlling terms.
